  • 1 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 vegetable bouillon cube or 1 pork bouillon cube
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces or 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/s tbsp oregano
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin

  1. Prepare a pot to heat the bullion and water to make the broth
  2. Use separate saucepan. Then, add oil and brown rice into the pan and cook it over medium-high heat until the rice becomes golden brown

  4. Add tomato sauce and broth. Continue boiling it for a few seconds over medium high heat. Then, cover the pan and lower the heat and continue cooking for other 25 minutes
  5. Garnish and fluff it with fresh cilantro (optional)
