Ingredients

• 1 box of cooked wheat pasta
• 1 big can of whole tomatoes
• 1 pack of lean turkey (ground)
• 4 oz of plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
• ½ cup of coconut milk
• 1 tsp of onion powder
• ½ tsp of coriander
• 1 tsp of cumin
• ½ cup of fresh cilantro
• 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp of paprika
• 1 tsp of chili powder
• ½ tsp of cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp of oregano
• 1 tsp of salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Make sure to not overcook it.
  2. Prepare medium saucepan and heat it over medium heat
  3. Add the coconut oil and wait until it is heated

  5. Add seasonings including minced garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, a coriander

  8. Wait until the sauce reaches a rolling boil. Then, lower the heat and continue cooking for 20 minutes or so
  9. Threw the cilantro and stirred for another few minutes
  10. Prepare serving plate and put the pasta on the plate
  11. Serve the sauce over the pasta and mix them well
  12. Add grated cheese if you want for  more flavor
